Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of receipt of payment, however we can often dispatch same day for some items so worth checking with us if your order is urgent. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. All orders are sent via New Zealand Couriers for next day delivery during standard business hours. Please note that South Island and rural deliveries can take 1 or 2 days longer.

It is recommended to use an address where you will be during the day (ie. a work address) in order to receive your parcel in good time. Alternatively provide the courier company with extra instructions as to where to leave your parcel safely. Please note that we do not take responsibility for parcels not signed for.

New Zealand Deliveries

For orders over $150 we will deliver FREE OF CHARGE* to urban addresses.
* Rural deliveries will incur a $8.00 rural delivery surcharge.
For standard small packages our urban courier and packaging fee is $12.00.
For standard small packages our rural courier and packaging fee is $20.00.

Rural deliveries can take an additional 1-2 days to be delivered.
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods that are delivered if we are supplied with an incorrect address. Please note that if more than one delivery address is required, a separate order needs to be processed.

International Deliveries

We currently offer international delivery to the following destinations:
Australia (3-10 working days) - $30.00*
Australia (4 or more items) - $50.00*
Rest of World (3-10 working days) - $50.00*
Rest of World (4 or more items) - $70.00*

* Should the shipping cost for your package exceed the rate charged at checkout we will contact you to arrange payment for any additional charges required to ship your package.

Customs Requirements

We are required by law to attach custom documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost. Customs or import charges levied once the package reaches your country are the responsibility of the addresses. Contact your local customs office for further information. Packages valued under $100 do not usually incur any charges.

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. The name that will appear on your statement will be Flicker Candle Emporium.
